Refund policy

We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, with all labels and tags still attached, and with all original packaging.

To start a return or exchange, email support@thecampusproshop.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Free promotional items, like the free box of tees, are not eligible for return. If you return part of an order and the remaining total falls below $130, the value of the free tees may be deducted from your refund.
